How to Order
You may place an order using any of the following methods:
On-line
This is the easiest and fastest way to place an order. Our website is available 24 hours a day to take your order. We accept most major credit and debit cards via either WorldPay or PayPal, or alternatively you can pay using your PayPal account if you have one.
By Phone
If you would prefer to speak to someone, you can call Customer Services on 0871 6629 274 any time between 9.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays and we will be happy to take your order over the phone. You may still pay by any of the major credit or debit cards that we accept on our website. Payments taken over the phone will be processed via WorldPay.
If we are unavailable you will be able to leave a message and we will call you back promptly.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If any items do not meet your expectations, please return them to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt and provided they are in perfect condition we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. We regret that postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or uncollected parcels. Please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order at any time before goods have been shipped. Please call Customer Services on 0871 6629 274 for advice.

Every effort has been made to ensure that products are portrayed accurately on our website. However, slight variations may occur in colours and contents. Photographs are not necessarily to scale.
All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item go out of stock between your time of ordering and order fulfilment we will notify you accordingly.
