Gift Wrapping

The beauty of our Gift Wrapping service is that it's completely bespoke.  We pride ourselves on selecting the right wrapping for the gifts inside.  That means that we will choose a gift box or wrapping paper to suit the style, colour and recipient for each gift. 

For example, if you order one of our hand-picked gift sets for a woman we will most likely choose to wrap it in a contemporary gift box with tissue paper, ribbon and a gift card with a feminine theme and feel.  And if you purchase an individual gift for a man, we will most likely wrap it in chic masculine paper with a matching ribbon and gift card.  We have a wide range of gift boxes, gift wrapping, tissue paper and gift cards for us to select from.

Whatever you order, if you opt to use the Purple Pink and Red Gift Wrapping service then you can have confidence that your gift(s) will be given the personal care and attention that both the givers and receivers deserve.

Will my Order be Automatically Gift Wrapped? 

No, but all orders are eligible for free gift wrapping, regardless of their size and value. 

Although we sell gifts, we understand that you may often be buying for yourself rather than someone else.  That's a good thing (we believe that everyone deserves a treat on a frequent basis, and sometimes we have to buy those treats for ourselves!).  Or you may be buying something for someone just because you like it, not as a gift. 

So you may not want your order to be gift wrapped.  

We therefore ask you to specify at checkout if you would like to make use of our free Gift Wrapping service.  Simply select Free Gift Wrapping, and provide us with your preferences regarding gift card and any gift message you would like included with your order.  If you have bought gifts for multiple recipients and would like them wrapped separately, please contact us via email or phone with your requirements immediately after placing your order and we will be happy to accommodate them.

Who does your Gift Wrapping?

Us, and only us.  We do not outsource our wrapping.  We love our products, and ensuring that they arrive looking stylish and beautifully presented is extremely important to us.  We take pride in the fact that our service is personal.  That's why the combination of gift box, tissue paper and ribbon is selected only at the time of wrapping, meaning each gift is uniquely presented with personal care and attention.  

Can I include a Gift Message?

Of course.  You can choose to include a gift card containing a personal hand-written message or left blank for you to complete yourself.  Please state your preferences during the checkout process. 

Will the Dispatch Note spoil the Surprise?

Absolutely not.  If you specify that you want your order shipped to an alternative delivery address to your own, we will not include a dispatch note.  We will instead include a short shipping note informing the recipient that they have been sent a gift from you, making no mention of the gift(s) enclosed. 

Large Numbers of Items and Heavy Items

Depending on the number of individual items ordered, it may be necessary to gift box them in more than one gift box or wrap them in separate wrapping paper.  If an item is too big or too heavy to gift box or gift wrap we will contact you to inform you.
