Delivery Options 

We offer the following delivery options:

DELIVERY METHOD	PRICE	DETAILS AND DELIVERY TIMESCALES
UK Standard	£4.25	For UK Mainland addresses only.  Your order should arrive within 3-4 UK working days of order placement (not guaranteed).  We use the Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery' service.  A signature will be required.  Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods.
UK Next Working Day	£8.50	For UK Mainland addresses only.  Next UK working day delivery on orders placed before 12 noon UK time.  We use the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service.  A signature will be required.  Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods. Note that we do not offer weekend or UK Bank Holiday deliveries. Orders placed before 12 noon on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.  Orders placed on UK Bank holidays will be delivered two working days later.
UK Same Day	Please call for a quote	For UK Mainland addresses only.  Same working day UK delivery on orders placed before 12 noon UK time.  We use a local courier, and each delivery is priced individually based on the delivery address.  It may not be possible to deliver the same day if the distance is too great from the point of destination (our registered office).  If you require this service, please call us for a quote.  Please note that for same day deliveries we will process your order over the phone rather than on-line. Note that we do not offer weekend or UK Bank Holiday same day deliveries.
UK Local	FREE	FREE delivery to the following UK postcodes local to us: SW15, SW18, SW19 and SW20.  Local orders are normally delivered within 2-3 working days.  We will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Note that it is the delivery address, not the invoice address that must be situated in one of these postcode areas for an order to be eligible for free local delivery.  Orders not meeting this requirement will unfortunately be rejected.
International	Europe £12.00 Rest of the World £22.00	Delivery timescales vary depending on the country:  European destinations, including the Channel Islands, Northern Island and the Scottish Islands: Please allow at least 3-8 UK working days. Rest of the World destinations: Please allow at least 5-10 UK working days. We use the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service.  A signature will be required.  Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods. Note that international delivery is only available to locations selectable in the country list when specifying the delivery address for an order.

Heavy Items and Large Numbers of Items 

Additional charges may apply for heavier orders containing many items.  Where this is the case we will contact you for approval.  Please note that delivery charges are non refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped).  

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your order to only one location.  If you wish to send gifts to more than one address you will need to place an order for each separate shipping destination.  We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience and apologise in advance for having done so.
